The proposed projects would widen and reconstruct S.R. 140 between U.S. 41 and 1-75 in north Adairsville. The combined projects would begin at the intersection of U.S. 41 and would proceed easterly to a point approximately 1800 feet east of 1-75. The combined projects would require an additional 45 feet of right-of-way to the north of existing S.R. 140 section. In addition, the ramps on the east side of the S.R. 140 interchange would be relocated approximately 100 feet east of their present location. This would require relocating a frontage road on new and existing location in the southeast quadrant. A survey consistent with the proposed rights-of-way was surveyed for the entire length of the combined projects.
