Abstract

A .038 hectare (9.5 acres) of Forest Service land in Towns County, Georgia, was archaeologically surveyed on 19 July 1983. Private development which proposed to alter the current use of the tract was planned. A pedestrian survey was conducted inventorying and recording one archaeological resource. It was evaluated with the criteria of the National Register and considered to be ineligible for nomination to the register.
