Abstract

No sites were located. The clay and organic layer in Test #2 would seem to indicate a quiet deposition environment like a shallow backwater. The high land area apparently is a recently drained section of the swamp itself, not a likely site location. It is my opinion that the construction of the bridge will not affect any archaeological sites.
