A Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed Waycross-Ware County Airport Expansion Site in Ware County, Georgia, was conducted to locate and identify cultural resources within the project area, and to assess resource significance. The project area covers 8.1 hectares, and is located along a small tributary of Kettle Creek. No cultural resources were found within the project tract or the area of potential effects during the Phase I survey.
