Abstract

The proposed project would construct 5 foot sidewalks with .2 foot grass buffers along existing curb and gutter on both sides of Carriage Lane from Ocean Valley Road to Guilford Lane and on Ocean Valley Road from the south entrance of Mary M. Bethune Elementary School to Carriage Lane in Fulton County, Georgia.
