The proposed project would provide a right turn lane on Oak Street (CR 742) at the intersection of Oak Street and Baytree Drive (CR 1267). The proposed project on Oak Street would begin approximately 152 meters (500 feet) north of the Oak Street/Baytree Drive intersection then continue southerly to an end point at the above intersection. The existing right-of-way on Oak Street is approximately 15.2 meters (50 feet), while the additional required right-of-way would be approximately 4.5 meters (15 feet). An archaeological survey consistent with the proposed rights-of-way was conducted along the entire 152 meter (500 foot) project corridor.
