This project would install an adaptive traffic signal timing system in 69 traffic signals within the Cumberland CID area. The installation of video detection and replacement of traffic signal cabinets and controllers is also included. New underground fiber is necessary in three locations (a section of Windy Ridge Parkway, along a portion of Cumberland Boulevard and Akers Mill Road. and along a section of Cumberland Parkway) to complete the work.
