The proposed project would begin approximately 920 feet south of the bridge and end approximately 1,395 feet _north of the bridge. The total project length would be approximately 2,315 feet (0.44 mile). The existing State Route (SR) 191 typical section contains two 12-foot travel lanes with two-foot unpaved shoulders. The existing right-of-way (ROW) varies from 8 to 200 feet. The existing SR 191 bridge over Scull Shoal Creek is approximately 100 feet long and 26.5 feet wide. The bridge contains two 12-foot travel lanes with one-foot shoulders. The proposed SR 191 typical section would be two 12-foot ravel lanes with 10-foot shoulders (two feet paved and eight feet grassed). The proposed ROW would v from 80 to 220 feet. The proposed bridge would be constructed on existing alignment. The proposed ridge would be approximately 210 feet long and 41 feet wide. The typical section of the proposed bridge would be two 12-foot travel lanes with 7-foot shoulders. The remaining 3 feet of the deck would contain the railing. During construction, the existing bridge would be closed and an off-site detour would be utilized. The proposed project would require approximately 4.84 acres of ROW. In addition, the project would require approximately 0.14 acre of temporary driveway easement and 0.60 acre temporary fence easement.
