On behalf of Cellco Partnership and its controlled affiliates doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon Wireless), Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) conducted a Cultural Resource Survey (CRS) for the proposed St. Andrew telecommunications site located in Douglas County, Georgia. The survey was performed on February 21, 2014 and did not record any historic properties within the areas of potential effects (APE) direct effects. Three state-surveyed resources were identified to be within the 0.5-mile APE. Two of these resources were determined by the Georgia Historic Preservation Division (HPD) as "appears to not meet" the criterion for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), and the third has no eligibility determination. No adverse effect is anticipated on historic properties form the proposed tower. Terracon recommends no further work at this time.
