On behalf of Goodman Networks, working with AT&T, Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) conducted a Cultural Resource Survey (CRS) for the proposed GA3584 telecommunications site located in Newton County, Georgia. The survey was performed on January 4, 2014 and failed to record any historic properties within the areas of potential effects (APE) direct effects. The proposed undertaking will have no adverse effect on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) eligible resources located within the APE for visual effects. No further work is recommended at this time.
