The APE for Direct Effects for this proposed compound expansion includes a an approximate 28-foot by 28-foot (9-meter by 9-meter) lease area located adjacent to an existing telecommunications compound. The center of the existing telecommunications tower is located at approximately N33°42'47.5" W84°39'44.2" (UTM: Zone 16, 716629E, 3732810N).
