Fort Stewart's CRM Annual Report: Fiscal Year 2008 is produced under authority of Fort Stewart's current Integrated Cultural Resource Management Plan (ICRMP) and Stipulation 1 b. (1) of the Programmatic Agreement (PA) between the 3d Infantry Division and Fort Stewart and the Georgia State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO). The PA states that the purpose of the Annual Report is to "be a comprehensive compilation of all activities carried out under the terms of this Agreement and accomplished during the previous calendar year…" for both Fort Stewart and its sub-installation, Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF). Fort Stewart will provide the SHPO and all affiliated Indian Tribes the opportunity to review and "make an informed evaluation" of the activities of Fort Stewart's Cultural Resource Management program (CRM).
