Abstract

Due to more detailed engineering and design that occurred as a result of the Prelim-inary Field Plan Review (PFPR), changes to the proposed right of way and easement areas have been modified since the last Environmental Reevaluation, which was approved by FHWA on June 28, 2009. Modifications have been made at each of the four interchanges included in this project as described in detail below.
