The proposed work consists of resurfacing, patching, leveling, milling, striping, loop detectors, raised pavement markers, and curb cuts along a 1.19 mile section of State Route (SR) 24/N. Columbia Street in Baldwin County from SR 22/Montgomery Street to 80 ft north of Lakeside Drive (Figure 1). The project will take place within existing right-of-way (ROW) which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be 5 feet from the edge of pavement.
