Abstract

The proposed work consists of milling, resurfacing, leveling, patching, loop detectors, striping, raised pavement markers, and curb cuts along a 5.37 mile section of State Route (SR) 29 from 400 feet before Gaines Street to county Road 471/Ed Swinson Road in Laurens County (Figure 1). The project will take place within existing right-of-way (ROW) which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be 5 feet from the edge of pavement.
