The APE for Direct Effects for this proposed communications facility includes a proposed 10-foot by 12-foot (3-meter by 4-meter) monopole site area with the center located at approximately N33° 53’ 52.2” W84° 12’ 08.0” (UTM: Zone 16 758717E 3754353N) and would contain a 163-foot (overall height) monopole communications structure and would be located within an existing gravel-covered substation.
