Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed Section 106 Review Documentation, FCC Form 620, for our client, Georgia Power Company, concerning a proposed communications structure located off of Valley Hill Road, near Stockbridge, Henry County, Georgia. The APE for Direct Effects for this proposed communications facility includes a proposed 8-foot by 8-foot (2-meter by 2-meter) monopole site area with the center located at approximately N33° 34’ 08.1” W84° 15’ 08.9” (UTM: Zone 16 755041E 3717743N) and would contain a 163-foot tall (overall height) monopole communications structure and would be located within an existing gravel-covered substation.
