Abstract

The proposed project would consist of replacing the Little Creek and Little Creek Overflow bridges along CR 4/Wilbur Murphy Road. The existing bridges are 84' X 19.7' (Little Creek) and 30' X 19.9' (overflow) concrete structures, and will be replaced with 112' X 28' at Little Creek and a 9' X 9' box culvert at the overflow, on existing alignment. CR 4 will be closed during construction utilizing an off-site detour. Existing right-of-way is approximately 30-50', and an additional120' of right-of-way is required on CR 4 plus an additional100' of proposed right-of-way along CR 848 to provide for the paved tie-in with CR 4. Total project length is approximately .85-mile. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted for the entire length of the project corridor.
