R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA), a professional cultural resources management firm, conducted an archeological and historic structures survey of the above-referenced telecommunications tower project area. This survey was conducted at the request of and based upon location information provided by Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc.. The proposed Willacoochee telecommunications tower is a 307-foot (ft) guyed telecommunications tower. The proposed tower site is located west of Peterson Street, west of its intersection with Project Street, in Willacoochee, Atkinson County, Georgia (USGS Willacoochee, Georgia Quadrangle).
