The proposed project would consist of shifting CR 178/Hackelbarney Road approximately 15 feet to the west to improve the intersection alignment at the railroad crossing and intersection with SR 38. Existing right-of-way on CR 178 is approximately 60 feet. All construction would take place within existing right-of-way. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted for the entire length of the project corridor.
