The proposed project would improve the intersection of CS-603/Spring Street and SR-53 by relocating Spring Street approximately 9.14 m (30 ft) west to intersect SR-53 opposite CR-305/Burnt Mountain Road. The total project length is approximately 198.12 m (650ft). The existing right-of-way for CS-603/Spring Street is approximately 15.24 m (50 ft), while the proposed required right-of-way will be approximately 18.28 m (60 ft). An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted for the entire length of the project corridor.
