Abstract

The proposed project consists of the realignment of the intersection of SR 203 and CR 309 in Pierce County, Georgia. This project proposes to eliminate the substandard curve at the SR 203/CR 309 intersection. The existing two 12' travel lanes with 8' grassed shoulders of SR 203 would be changed to two 12' travel lanes with 8' grassed shoulders and 4' wide ditches. The existing two 10' travel lanes and 5' grassed shoulders of CR 309 would be changed to match that of SR 203. The existing right-of-way is 80'. There will be 0' to 300' of additional right-of-way required. The total length of this project is 0.36 mile.
