The proposed project would widen and reconstruct a portion of SR 21 in Screven County. The proposed project would begin just west of CR 174 and continue easterly to an end point just east of the US 301/SR 73 Loop. The proposed project has been changed to include the addition of temporary easements for the construction of sediment basins and driveway reconstructions throughout various locations along the project corridor. An archaeological survey consistent with the proposed project description was conducted for the entire length of the project corridor.
