This report documents the results of the cultural resources survey of the proposed Cairo Chip Mill Substation and 115 kV Transmission Line, Grady County, Georgia, for Oglethorpe Power Corporation. Three historic sites and one isolated find were discovered. None of these cultural resources are recommended as eligible for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places. No additional work is recommended prior to construction.
