The proposed project would construct pedestrian improvements on the Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) campus and Collins Hill Road right-of-way (ROW). The sidewalks will range from 5 feet to 12 feet in width. The existing conditions where the proposed sidewalks are to be constructed vary with location and include asphalt paving surface that will be removed and grassed/vegetated areas. An irrigation system will be provided for the project. Areas disturbed as part of the sidewalk construction will be stabilized with sod. Several sections of sidewalks will be constructed throughout the GGC campus, with the total area of sidewalk construction dependent upon funding constraints.
