Abstract

The proposed interchange would be grade-separated by lowering Peter Street/Olympic Drive and construction a bridge on SR 10 Loop crossing this street. A compressed diamond interchange (quarter cloverleaf interchange) with one loop ramp would be constructed in the southwest quadrant. The SR 10 Loop typical section would not change. Peter Street/Olympic would continue as a two-lane undivided roadway; however, left turn lanes and urban shoulders featuring 4- foot bicycle lanes and five-foot sidewalks would be added. Existing right of way on SR 10 Loop is 200- 300 feet and existing right of way on Peters Street/Olympic Drive is 100-150 feet. Proposed right-of-way varies up to a maximum of 300 feet. This current 2011 survey is a reevaluation from a 2007 survey.

Nothing has changed within the project limits since the 2007 survey. The changes for this survey occur outside the current project limits.
