The proposed project consists of pedestrian and bicycle improvements in Atlanta, Georgia in the vicinity of Atlanta Charter Middle School and Neighborhood Charter School. The Area of Potential Effect (APE) for this project consists of the existing rightof- way along Ormewood Ave between Boulevard and Stokeswood Ave SE, Confederate Ave between Boulevard and Ormewood Ave, Cherokee Ave at Milledge Ave and Augusta Ave, and Moreland Ave at Ormewood Ave. Existing right-of-way is approximately 50ft.
