Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed Section 106 Review Documentation, FCC Form 620, for our client, Georgia Power Company, concerning a proposed communications structure located off of Brown Bridge Road, near Porterdale, Newton County, Georgia. The APE for Direct Effects for this proposed communications facility includes a proposed 10-foot by 12-foot (3-meter by 4-meter) monopole site area with the center located at approximately N33° 35’ 10.3” W83° 54’ 11.1” (UTM: Zone 16 230568E 3720053N) and would contain a 133-foot (overall height) monopole communications structure and would be located within an existing gravel-covered substation.
