(Partner) has performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in general accordance with the scope of work and limitations of ASTM Standard Practice E1527-13, the Environmental Protection Agency Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) (40 CFR Part 312) and set forth by Touchmark National Bank and USDA Rural Development for the property located on 25 acres near I-95 and I-16 in the City of Savannah, Effingham County, Georgia (the “subject property”). The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is designed to provide Touchmark National Bank and USDA Rural Development with an assessment concerning environmental conditions (limited to those issues identified in the report) as they exist at the subject property.
