Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Georgia Power Company, is proposing to construct a communications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet. ECA understands that Georgia Power Company plans to construct a 193-foot overall height monopole communications structure within a 10-foot by 12-foot (3-meter by 4-meter) monopole site area.
