A cultural resources survey was conducted on three land lots of National Forest land in Walker County, Georgia, prior to a proposed Forest Service land exchange. The exchange is located in southeastern Walker county, near the Villanow community and contains approximately 480 acres. Two heavily disturbed historic house sites and four isolated finds were found on the survey all small lithic scatters. As a result of the disturbed nature of the cultural resources found, clearance for this land exchange is recommended.
