The proposed project would construct a 10-foot wide multi-use trail on the north side of State Route (SR) 41/Cobb Parkway between Northgate Drive NW and Mt. Paran Road NW. The proposed project is anticipated to be constructed within existing right-of-way, but survey is pending and any additional right-of-way and easements have not yet been determined. Those determinations will be made as the proposed project’s design advances. The total project length is approximately .65 mile. Since project plans are still in development and the need for right-of-way (ROW) and easements is not known, this short form focuses on the proposed 10-foot wide trail footprint and a 100-foot expanded survey corridor (ESC).
