The proposed work will take place along a 12.94 mile section of State Route (SR) 54 in Fayette County from the Coweta county line to McDonough Road (Figure 1). The proposed work consists of milling, patching, resurfacing, striping, raised pavement markers, four-foot earth shoulder filling, and curb cuts to install wheel chair ramps. The project will take place within existing Right-ofWay (ROW), which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be 5 feet from the edge of pavement. Work on all bridges with concrete decks will be limited to restriping only.
