Abstract

TerraXplorations, Inc. (TerraX) of Mobile, Alabama was contracted by Trileaf Corporation (Trileaf) of Maitland, Florida to conduct a Phase I archaeological direct effects survey for the proposed Rustic-Andrews cellular tower in Catoosa County, Georgia. A search of the GASF and GNAHRGIS failed to list any previously recorded sites within the 0.75-mile APE. Additionally, no NRHP properties are found within the 0.75-mile APE. The direct effects survey was performed on July 27 and 28, 2017 and failed to identify or record any cultural resources in the project area As a result, the proposed Rustic-Andrews cellular tower is expected to have no direct effect on any significant historic or prehistoric resources that are listed in or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
