Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed Section 106 Review Documentation, FCC Form 620, for our client, Georgia Power Company, concerning a proposed communications structure located off of Georgia Highway 20, near Canton, Cherokee County, Georgia. The APE for Direct Effects for this proposed communications facility includes a proposed 8-foot by 10-foot (2-meter by 3-meter) monopole site area with the center located at approximately N34° 14' 32.8" W84° 24' 20.1 " (UTM: Zone 16 738936E 3792084N) and would contain a 193-foot (overall height) monopole communications structure and would be located within an existing gravel-covered substation.
