The proposed undertaking is to construct a 400-foot, self-supporting safety communications tower. The tower project area is located northwest of Lackey Road, approximately 0.5 mile southwest of the intersection with Arnold Mill Road, in Roswell, Fulton County, Georgia [USGS Mountain Park, Georgia quadrangle (Attachment 12, Figure 1)]. R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA) was contracted by AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. (AMEC), on behalf of the North Fulton Regional Radio System Authority (NFRRSA), a wireless facility applicant. Following please find the attachments required for Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Form 620 under the March 7, 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement (NPA).
