The proposed work consists of resurfacing, leveling, patching, milling, and curb cuts at a 4 mile section of SR 4 in Richmond County from the paving joint at the beginning of the grass median 0.33 miles west of CR 67 /Morgan Road to the intersection of US 78/US 278/SR 10. The project will take place within existing right-of-way (RO\'V'), which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be 5 feet from the edge of pavement.
