The project will be completely within the boundaries of the City of Dallas. The project will complete a 10 ft paved trail (8ft in some locations) from the Chattahoochee Tech Spur of Silver Comet Trail to the City's Sara Babb Park. The trail will then continue from the Phase 1 battlefield trail DOT enhancement project on City-owned property and connect to the City of Dallas' Sara Babb Park. Portions of the multi-use trail on the City owned parcel may be 8 ft wide and contain pedestrian level/boardwalk sections in order to conform to the adjacent mountainous terrain. The project will be designed per the standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
