The proposed project will repair a section of failed roadway and washed out grass shoulder. The south bound inside travel lane, outside travel lane, paved shoulder and front slope beginning 693ft west of US 17 interchange ramp and ending at mile point 0.047 will consist of embankment and pavement repair. The type of work included will consist of the removal of guardrail, removal of failed roadway, placement of embankment stabilization fabric, replacement and compaction of roadway subgrade, placement of asphaltic concrete, repair of front slope washout from the top of the slope to the toe of the slope and the replacement of guardrail. There will be no additional right of way or construction easements required. The total length of the project is 0.047 miles.
