There were no previously recorded archaeological sites. Six previous archaeological surveys were conducted within 1km of the current project area. The studies resulted in negative findings. Three of the studies involved archaeological work associated with the Virginia Avenue Streetscape Improvements. One of the studies involved streetscape improvements along Main Street. One of the studies involved a reassessment of the widening of SR15/US129 and the remaining study resulted from the sale of right-of-way by the Georgia DOT.
