The proposed project would consist of the construction of Coastal Mobility Center, which would include an administration building and transfer station to service the Coastal Regional Commission (CRC) Transportation Services. The administration building is anticipated to include approximately 46,000 sq. ft. of office space in a two story building, and the building would accommodate the office needs of the CRC Transportation Services, the CRC, as well as a small business Incubator facility. A platform for bus transfers would be provided, as well as bus maintenance facilities. The site plan would include a parking lot, retention ponds, and landscaping. The total area considered in the APE is 3.642 hectares (9 acres).
