Abstract

The proposed project consists of replacing the bridge on SR 37 over Little Creek west of the city of Funston, Georgia. The proposed project would begin approximately 0.4 krn (0.25 mi) west of Little Creek and would end approximately 0.4 km (0.25 mi) east of Little Creek. Existing right-of-way along SR 37 is approximately 30.5 m (100 ft). A temporary easement measuring approximately 290 m (951.5 ft) in length by 10 m (32.8 ft) in width would be required for an on-site detour to be located on the south side of the roadway. No additional permanent right-of-way would be required for the completion of this project. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
