The proposed project will relocate Flat Rock Road intersection on new location approximately 91.4 m (300 ft) east of the existing intersection with SR 22/US 80 in Muscogee County. The existing right-of-way is approximately 18 m (60 ft), while a maximum of 29m (96 ft) of required right-of-way will be required. An archaeological survey consistent with the proposed project's rights-of-way was conducted for the entire .80 km (.49 mi) project corridor.
