Abstract

The project proposes to acquire two parcels (Parcel 1, Benjamin Elliot and Parcel 2, Leonard Wiley) for advance hardship acquisition along the proposed improvements associated with GDOT Project No.122066. The Department proposes to acquire approximately 0.116 acre for Parcel 1 and 0.034 acre for Parcel 2. The location of the parcels is shown in the plan sheet attached.
