Abstract

The proposed project would upgrade traffic signal equipment at seven separate locations in and around the cities of Baldwin, Clarkesville, Cornelia, and Demorest in Habersham County, Georgia. The project would also improve pedestrian safety with the improvement of crosswalks, pedestrian signals, and sidewalk ramps that would be constructed in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. All work would occur within the existing right-of-way (ROW).

3. State Route 105 at County Road 391/Camp Creek Road

4. State Route 105 at State Route 385

5. State Route 105 at State Route 15/State Route 365

6. State Route 105 at City Street 829/Berry Street & City Street 934/Ellis Street

7. State Route 17/West Louise Drive at State Route 197/State Route 385/Washington Street

The ROW does not exceed 260 feet at any of the seven intersections.
