The proposed projects would repair the bridges-on I-20, east and west bound, at the Alcovy River and Alcovy River Tributary in Newton County, Georgia. Area of Potential Effect: The proposed projects include removal and replacement of both decks, the repair/replacement of damaged anchor bolts, application of two-part polymer on the bridge decks, painting of the bridges' superstructures, epoxy injection into cracks within the substructures, replacement of both bridges joints, and replacement of riprap where needed. All work will be carried out within the existing right-of-way.
