The proposed project would conduct bridge maintenance at two locations in Forsyth and Jackson Counties: Culvert 1 is located on SR 400 at Settingdown Creek (Forsyth County), between Hubbard Town Road intersection to the northeast and the Hampton Park Drive intersection to the south west; Culvert 2 is located on SR 334 at Sandy Creek (Jackson County), between the Fred Loggins Road intersection to the northeast and the Seagraves Mill Road intersection to the southeast.
