This maintenance project would consist of levelling, resurfacing, striping, and the installation of raised pavement markers along a 16.61 mile section of SR 9 in Mcintosh County, Georgia. Additionally, the project would Include the construction of 23 curb cut (wheelchair) ramps and earth shoulder filling (adding a wedge of dirt 0 to 1.5 inches up to 4 feet wide) to prevent an edge of pavement drop off. All unpaved roads and driveways will be paved to a distance of 15 feet from the existing edge of pavement. No additional right-of-way Is required. The project would begin on SR 99 at SR 25 and end 0.26 miles north of CR 286/Eulonia Lakes Estate (MP 3.15 to 19.76).
