This survey was conducted on behalf of Halvorsen Development Corporation and it consists of a review of publicly held files, a visual site reconnaissance of the project area and a historic resource survey of an area 1/8th-mile from the project area boundaries. The survey was conducted to determine the presence of any known or previously unobserved archaeological or historical resources that will be affected by the construction of them proposed retail center. This report is being submitted to Halvorsen Development Corporation and it comprises a portion of Halvorsen Development Corporation due diligence pre-construction activity.
