On Thursday, November 19, 1987, an investigation was made at the confluence of Pea Creek and the Chattahoochee River in Fulton County. The project area involves a housing development located on both banks of the Pea Creek where it enters the Chattahoochee River in Fulton County. This report is a correspondence between locals and property owners with David W. Chase. Two sites were taken note of along the river; an archaic campsite component and a lithic scatter were found. These were later given the sites 9FU180 and 9FU181.
